I have to say that Chris goes above and beyond just Home Inspection. First let me compliment his proactiveness and attention to detail when it comes to the inspection. He really comes professionally equipped to do the job. He’s also super professional and super cool. After inspection if we had any questions about how and urgency of fixing things he was always just a phone call away. He responds right away and shows concern. On a side note we ended up having a problem later on the line on our house. We knew he had mentioned to us where to find it. So we reached out and again quick response, so great. It was the day after Thanksgiving. We explained the problem, not only did he remind us where it was located but he literally walked us through how we can fix it. He helped us save hundreds on a repair! I’m so grateful we chose Chris to begin with. He has been so professional and knowledgeable and a true expert at this craft. Thank you so much for all your help. I wish I can do more than just this review !

I've used several home inspection companies and by far LCS Home Inspections is the best. I was not aware how different they could be until I experienced the detail and thoroughness that final analysis provided for me. The house looked beautiful but I found out the roof and HVAC was on its last legs. Thanks to the inspection report from LCS Home Inspections, I was able to renegotiate with the sellers who paid for a new roof and new HVAC at closing with escrow funds. I highly recommend LCS Home Inspections.

Did an incredibly thorough inspection on my new condo. Great communication, was able to set up a time very quickly, and got the report back in one day. Both the seller's agent and my agent told me I did not need an inspection for a rather new building in new york city. I am so glad that I did one and several major issues were found. Chris is awesome and extremely personable, Would absolutely not go through with a condo/co-op purchase without having chris do his due diligence.

Chris helped my husband and me get a co-op unit inspected and he was very friendly and thorough in his inspection. He arrived earlier than our appointment time and was ready to inspect right away. Chris explained even the minor issues he saw and was also kind enough to answer questions I had regarding the unit that didn't necessarily pertain to the inspection as we are first time home buyers and had question about how we would switch out a light fixture or the bathroom vanity. The cost of service was VERY reasonable. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Chris was super sweet knowledgeable and honest. He didn’t sugar coat anything and made sure I was comfortable. His report was detailed and he left no stone unturned. It was fun watching him with all his gizmos and gadgets and whatnot as he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt secure every step of the way through his inspection. I absolutely plan on using him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a licensed precise inspector for their current/future property.

I reached out to this company to get an inspection on a home that I am interested in purchasing. Chris was my inspector and he was phenomenal, professional, kept our dialogue open to any questions and answers that needed a response. I learned so much about the house because he was very thorough and articulate in his work. He left no stone unturned. I have sent his contact information to others who are looking for an inspector that will be open and transparent about their findings. I am hoping to use Chris again for my walk through 2 days before closing next month. Highly Recommend and the price is reasonable!
